    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, you will need to handle delivery fee's.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
  • How do I cancel or change my order?

  • Do you ship internationally?
    No unfortunately we deliver only for UAE.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs 35 AED. During the checkout process, you will be able to see shipping cost added to your order labeled.
